ROBERT SETTLE, CCIM, PRESIDENT

Robert has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, investment, development, and financing. His expertise includes commercial property in the Eastern U.S. with over $200,000,000 + in closed transactions.

Rob is a seasoned ‘connector’ serving non-profit, corporate and investment clients. He began his commercial real estate career in 1990 with a private, Mid-Atlantic retail developer. Following this, he gained meaningful experience as a landlord representative for Highwood’s Properties (NYSE:HIW) and later gained tenant representation experience with NAI and CRESA. In 2010, he closed the largest medical office lease in the largest market in the Carolinas.  Rob has earned a CCIM designation, which places him in the top 6% of all commercial Realtors. This honor is obtained only after successful completion of extensive coursework regarding investment and commercial real estate and meeting production thresholds. He earned his Series 7, 24 and 63 while serving with Wells Fargo Securities, providing an extensive reference from which to serve and understand the motivations and needs of our investment partners and clients.  A native of Tennessee, Rob has a B.A. in Finance & Economics from North Carolina State University and resides in Fort Mill, SC with his wife and sons.
